About Me
When Baptiste de Ville d'Avray finished his studies in multimedia in 2006, he found himself thrown into photography. That year he co-initiated Afrique in Visu, Mali. This project gave him the chance to travel around Africa, photographing from Bamako to Oujda passing by Dakar, Saint Louis, and Nouadhibou Rabat.
He came returned to France in 2007 where he participated in a number of exhibitions. His researches are both aesthetic and a documentarian, and he divides his work between photography and the technical coordination of the African Project in Visu.
About the MDGs
Our aims with the Afrique in visu platform are close to the United Nations millennium Development goals. We believe that internet and our network Afrique in visu can be a way for knowledge, sharing experience and formation.
